I did have one issue where a php exploit was run on my server. That screwed up a bunch of my directory sites but they say their servers are more secure now. The other problem was getting the sites restored after the exploit. It took a week of communication before someone at support made the brilliant suggestion of restoring the site from the weekly backups (which cost me $15.00). Support certainly wasted some of my time there. What I do like is the unlimited domains for 10 bucks a month, the cpanel, and the uptime.
