Well worth the extra costtoo many people go for cheap hosting and get what they pay for. If you take your online business seriously, get a server with rackspace. Yes they are expensive in comparison to other hosts but superior in every way. The support is sublime, every phone query so far has been resolved in minutes, the phone is answered by a human immediately. The online ticketing system also provides solutions in minutes. All hosts should aspire to be half as good as rackspace.

Webgatherings developerI've used several hosts before Rackspace. Rackspace's support is the best, by far. They are just amazing! Expensive, but worth every dollar

I have used Rackspace for my dedicated LINUX hosting for nearly 2 years now. And I can say that they have been excellent. Expensive yes, worth the extra cost - definately. If you are really serious about your hosting consider Rackspace.
