I recently upgraded my Globat account to one that supports 6 domain names and was told that I could add additional domains free (the usual charge is 12.95 or so). I did add a couple free, but now Globat says I have to pay the 12.95. I sent them a copy of the email in which their sales rep told me I didn't have to pay. No response. In addition to terrible customer service (since they don't respond) and dishonest salespeople (since they won't honor their promise), they also have a weak control panel.
